Shared Path Therapy

I have been a therapist since 2020, starting in substance use treatment centers then in a private practice setting. Before becoming a clinical social worker, I worked in real estate. I am forever grateful for my one and only "aha" moment that led me to enroll in a clinical social work masters program. Since then I've continued to learn through both clinical trainings and through my amazing clients. I believe in radical equality in therapy- meaning you could be in my seat and I could be in yours. I am not above you and likely you will also teach me something during our time together! I practice what I preach and utilize mindfulness, yoga, exercise, my 3 dogs, and music to cope with life. These practices allow me to hold space for you and serve as an anchor during sessions.
